SIZING
Our Shoes & Loafers are true to size but may run slightly small. Loafers fit tighter since they lack laces.
For best accuracy, we recommend measuring your foot & choosing the corresponding size via the size chart.
The size chart contains accurate measurements to guide your decision.
Still uncertain? We recommend going 1 size up from your standard choice for a relaxed & comfortable fit.
CARE GUIDE
Washing suede shoes requires extra care since suede is a delicate material. Here’s a step-by-step guide to clean them without causing damage:
1. Brush off dirt and debris:
- Use a soft suede brush or a soft-bristle toothbrush to gently remove surface dirt and dust. Brush in one direction to lift dirt from the fibers.
2. Treat stains carefully:
- For dry stains, gently rub a suede eraser or a clean pencil eraser on the affected area.
- For liquid stains, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Don't rub, as this could spread the stain. Once dry, try brushing it off.
- For tougher stains like oil, sprinkle a small amount of cornstarch or talcum powder on the stain and let it sit overnight to absorb the oil. Brush it off the next day.
3. Use suede cleaner or white vinegar:
- If needed, apply a small amount of suede cleaner or white vinegar on a clean cloth and gently dab the stained areas. Do not soak the shoe—use minimal liquid. Let it air dry and then brush the area to restore the texture.
4. Dealing with water stains:
- If your suede shoes are water-stained, dampen the entire shoe with a light mist of water (use a spray bottle) to even out the color. Blot with a towel and allow them to air dry. Then brush to restore the nap (the raised fibers on suede).
5. Drying:
- Always air dry suede shoes. Stuff them with paper towels to help maintain their shape while drying. Avoid direct heat, sunlight, or using a hair dryer, as this could warp or shrink the suede.
6. Protecting suede:
- After cleaning, apply a suede protector spray to shield the shoes from future dirt and stains. This will add a water-resistant layer, helping prolong the life of the shoes.
By following these steps, you can safely clean your suede shoes and keep them looking fresh without damaging the material.
